This position represents an exciting opportunity to join a successful, respected and rigorous Department of Philosophy, Theology and Ethics at Queen's College, London. The department fosters independence in the classroom with small class sizes and excellent teaching resources. Additionally, the department prioritises accessing the most appropriate places of worship to encounter world faiths in the Key Stage 3 curriculum. Higher up the College, the subject helps to foster deep questioning and exploration of argumentation.
There are excellent opportunities for CPD here at Queen's, including excellent provision for development of innovative Teaching and Learning using digital technologies. We are looking for a skilled practitioner with proven outcomes to join this flourishing department.
The College follows a two week timetable and we are looking for a teacher who can offer us the best flexibility across this in a part-time 0.5 FTE role. Applicants are encouraged to apply early; applications will be reviewed as they are received.
