QUEENS COLLEGE LONDON

Queen’s is seeking an organised, confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team from September 2026. This is a key role within the school, ensuring high‑quality supervision of classes during teacher absence and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
The successful candidate will manage the school’s cover requirements, liaise with staff to ensure lesson plans are in place, and maintain accurate records for the Senior Leadership Team.
This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to engage positively with young people. Experience in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
