Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced

Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Azure, . NET Core, C#, React, and Azure Dev Ops to join a growing technology team.

Working closely with architects, Dev Ops engineers, and developers, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting scalable cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure, with a focus on automation, reliability, performance optimisation, and large-scale data processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain applications using . NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, React, and Azure.
  • Build and support scalable cloud solutions using AKS, App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure AD, Key Vault, Application Gateway, Container Registry, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
  • Implement and support Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments.
  • Write unit tests and contribute to high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Optimise SQL queries and application performance.
  • Document technical decisions and application workflows.
  • Support live production environments and ongoing platform improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • 6-8 years' software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Azure, . NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, React, REST APIs, SQL, AKS, App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, Azure AD, and Azure Dev Ops.
  • Experience with CI/CD, application monitoring, and production support.
  • Knowledge of authentication and security technologies including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and RBAC.
  • Strong SQL and database optimisation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Azure infrastructure, security, monitoring, containers, and identity services.
  • Knowledge of Azure AD B2C, Power Shell, Git, ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform, JIRA, Confluence, and Service Now.
  • Experience with SQL and No SQL environments.
  • Familiarity with GRIB, NETCDF, Parquet, and JSON data formats.
