The Role
The Foundry Testing Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of semiconductor devices manufactured at the foundry. The role involves wafer sort, final test, yield analysis, test program development, and close collaboration with design, process, and manufacturing teams to optimize test coverage and production yield.
Your Profile
Technical Skills- Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices and fabrication processes
- Experience with DFT concepts (Scan, JTAG, BIST, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one ATE platform
- Data analysis using Python, JMP, Excel, or SQL
- Understanding of yield analysis, SPC, and test coverage metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-site teams
- Clear technical communication and documentation skills
