The Role

We are seeking a skilled Windows, Active Directory & Virtualization Engineer with strong experience across Microsoft technologies, Azure, and VMware/Hyper-V platforms. You will be responsible for administering Windows Server environments, managing identity services, maintaining virtualization infrastructure, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on operational expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering
  • Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
  • Active Directory & Group Policy management
  • Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • VMware and/or Hyper-V administration
  • DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
  • Backup, patching, and vulnerability management
  • Experience working in enterprise, high-availability environments

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with FTP services (Windows)
  • Knowledge of enterprise security best practices
  • Exposure to cloud automation or scripting (PowerShell, Azure tools)
  • Experience in vendor management and escalation handling
