Our client is seeking a senior UI/UX Developer to support the delivery of modern, customer-centric digital experiences within a large-scale enterprise transformation environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong front-end engineering capability with a deep understanding of user experience, usability, and interface design. You’ll work closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex user journeys and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver intuitive and customer-focused user interfaces for enterprise applications
  • Design and develop responsive front-end solutions using modern JavaScript technologies
  • Improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience across digital services
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand user journeys and service capability requirements
  • Support automation initiatives through effective interface and workflow design
  • Contribute to UI visualisation, interaction design, and front-end optimisation
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between UI and backend services

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in UI/UX development within enterprise or customer-facing environments
  • Hands-on expertise with: React, Java technologies, Modern front-end development frameworks
  • Strong understanding of: User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) design, Visualisation and usability principles
  • Experience delivering interfaces focused on customer engagement and ease of use
  • Ability to balance technical implementation with user-centric design thinking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Senior-level experience operating within large enterprise programmes

Desirable

  • Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives
