Location: United Kingdom / Yeovil / Basingstoke (Office Based)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Any other working conditions: Mandatory UK Citizenship, Travel on need basis to close by sites.
Essential skills/experience:
- Expertise on Windows 10/11 administration
- Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues
- Knowledge of PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
- Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments
- Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues
- Troubleshooting Office issues
- Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues
- Mobile Device Management support
- Experience on Windows Imaging process using deployment method
- Experience in Data Migration tools and O365 OneDrive
- Knowledge on OneDrive
- Basic knowledge of Network and Server Administration
- Good communication skills.

- SCCM Knowledge
- Experience on Office 2016 upgrades / Deployments
- Microsoft Windows 10/11 Certification
- MAC iOS Knowledge
