Location: London (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite per week)
We are seeking a skilled Hardware/Software Technical Specialist to support and maintain a fleet of integrated systems, including parcel lockers, kiosks, and ATMs. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities across hardware and software domains, as well as the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across engineering, operations, and support teams.
- Provide advanced support for technical issues related to self-service systems (hardware/software/network).
- Diagnose and resolve incidents involving hardware malfunctions, software errors, and connectivity challenges.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues before service is affected.
- Configure new systems, including network and user settings.
- Work closely with engineering and support teams to investigate complex issues and implement resolutions.
- Document configurations, incidents, best practices, and user guidance materials.
- Create detailed reports on incidents, system performance, and preventive measures.
3–5 years of experience in a technical support or systems integration role.
- Strong diagnostic skills across hardware, software, and networking.
- Solid understanding of networking: Familiarity with Linux, Windows, or Android-based systems.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL for system integration.
