We’re seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Developer to join a high-impact programme delivering enterprise-scale customer data solutions. This role sits at the heart of a modern data transformation initiative, driving the creation of a unified Customer 360 view that powers analytics, AI, and personalised customer experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem.
You’ll work on cutting-edge data platforms, collaborating with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and develop Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions to unify customer data across multiple enterprise systems
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using connectors, APIs, and batch/streaming sources
- Configure identity resolution, data mappings, and transformation logic
- Create and maintain Customer 360 profiles, calculated insights, and audience segments
- Integrate Data Cloud with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds, plus external platforms
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across all datasets
- Optimise data models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and high-volume processing
- Enable data activation use cases for AI, analytics, and personalisation
- Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, synchronisation, and identity matching
- Collaborate within an Agile delivery team and provide mentorship to junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Strong understanding of Customer 360 data models, identity resolution, and profile unification
- Experience building data pipelines (connectors, APIs, batch and streaming integrations)
- Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and calculated insights
- Integration experience across Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
- Solid knowledge of enterprise data architecture and external system integrations
- Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Strong performance tuning skills for large-scale, real-time datasets
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
