Contract: 6 Months We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Now Technical Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Now professional to lead technical delivery across a complex enterprise environment while working with the latest Service Now technologies, including AI capabilities.

The Role As the Service Now Technical Lead, you will take ownership of the technical design, development and delivery of Service Now solutions.

You will provide technical leadership to the development team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive continuous platform improvement while ensuring alignment with best practices.

Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery and ongoing enhancement of the Service Now platform.

Design, develop and implement scalable Service Now solutions.

Oversee platform configuration, administration and governance.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to Service Now developers.

Review business processes and identify opportunities to maximise platform capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ITSM processes and workflows.

Drive the implementation of Service Now AI capabilities including Now Assist, Agentic Workflows and AI Control Tower.

Ensure solutions align with Service Now best practices and organisational standards.
