We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture for our major SAP Finance Systems transformation project. You will play a critical role in defining scalable, secure, and robust SAP solutions, directly impacting the financial systems of a leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and design the overall SAP Finance solution architecture, ensuring system scalability and security.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
- Lead and guide technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Design integration strategies between SAP Finance and enterprise systems (CRM, SCM, Data Warehousing).
- Develop data migration strategies, including cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
- Design robust security architecture to protect sensitive financial data.
- Optimize performance and scalability of SAP Finance solutions.
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practice guidelines.
- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and other IT teams to ensure cohesive system integration.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years' experience in SAP solution architecture, particularly within Finance.
- Strong expertise in SAP Finance modules (RAR, CATS, BW, BODS).
- Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, APIs).
- Deep knowledge of database systems (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with cloud-based SAP deployments (S/4HANA Cloud a plus).
- SAP certifications highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF is a plus.
