One of our clients - a Premier League Football Club is hiring a hands‑on Salesforce Developer to own day to day development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce, plus the AWS Connect contact centre integration. This is a core individual contributor role in an Agile squad, keeping a mature Salesforce org stable, optimised and evolving with the business.

What you'll do

  • Design, code, test and deploy Apex and Lightning Web Components for Sales and Service Cloud
  • Build and maintain Agentforce capability
  • Manage and optimise the AWS Connect integration | CTI screen pops, contact flows, omnichannel routing
  • Own the release lifecycle and CI/CD pipeline end to end in Copado
  • Run BAU platform management, reduce technical debt and act as top technical escalation

What you'll need

  • 4 to 6 years hands on Salesforce development across Sales and Service Cloud (Apex, LWC)
  • Copado CI/CD and release management (essential)
  • Hands on AWS Connect integration with Salesforce via CTI adapters
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD II and AWS certs a plus)

Nice to have: working knowledge of Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Commerce Cloud or Marketing Cloud; retail or consumer domain.
