Our client, a top global organization, is looking for an experienced JDA WFM Support Consultant. This role focuses on BAU support, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration within a Workforce Management and logistics environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring stability, resolving critical incidents, and supporting ongoing enhancements across a complex enterprise landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support across BAU activities, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Monitor batch processes and ensure system stability
- Support warehouse setup, inbound and outbound processes
- Manage integrations between WFM and T&A systems
- Support inbound/outbound integration data flows within WFM architecture
- Adhere to support processes and SLAs, resolving critical issues within tight timelines
- Collaborate with logistics and operations stakeholders
- Provide support across WFM, TMS, and broader logistics processes
Key Qualifications
- 6–12 years’ experience with JDA WFM (support & enhancements)
- Strong expertise in Workforce Management within 3PL / logistics environments
- Proven experience integrating JDA WFM with host and destination systems using JDA Integrator / Connect
- Strong understanding of inbound/outbound warehouse operations
- Experience handling high-priority incidents in structured SLA-driven environments
- Good understanding of WFM architecture and integration data points
- Knowledge of TMS and logistics processes
- Strong analytical and technical design skills
- Experience in customer-facing support projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
