We're working with a major financial services and insurance organisation to bring in a Palantir Foundry Data Engineer to build and maintain Foundry ontologies, pipelines, and applications, powering enterprise analytics and AI ready data products.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain Palantir Foundry ontologies, pipelines, and modular applications
- Design and develop scalable ETL and data engineering solutions using Python and PySpark
- Integrate and transform data from multiple enterprise data sources
- Optimise Spark based data processing and workflow performance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver analytics and AI ready data products
What you'll need:
- Hands on experience building in Palantir Foundry (Ontology, pipelines, modular applications)
- Strong Python and PySpark data engineering experience at scale
- Experience building custom Python functions and libraries to extend Foundry's capabilities
- Solid data engineering fundamentals: ETL pipeline design, data modelling, structured and unstructured data
Nice to have:
- SQL for querying and data modelling.
