A senior hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll role for an experienced consultant ready to lead UK payroll implementation for a major client. Bring your statutory expertise and hit the ground running.
What you'll need:
- 10+ years Oracle Cloud Payroll experience with at least 2 full end-to-end GB legislation implementations
- Strong configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll flows, calculation cards and approvals
- Expert knowledge of UK statutory requirements including PAYE, NI, RTI, auto-enrolment and pensions (NEST, PRSP)
- Payroll parallel run (PPR) experience including validation, reconciliation and live payroll cycles
- Cross-module understanding covering Core HR, Absence, OTL, Benefits, GL and Reporting integration impacts
Bonus skills:
- Experience across Oracle Cloud quarterly release impact analysis
- Payroll year-end activities and additional Oracle HCM module knowledge
