D365 Solution Architect (Dynamics 365 Customer Service)
We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions for a major digital transformation programme. As the D365 Solution Architect, you'll own solution architecture from discovery through delivery, defining functional, technical, integration and data architectures while providing technical leadership across the programme. You'll also develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), mentor delivery teams and ensure solutions meet enterprise governance, security and performance standards.

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Service programmes
- Design functional, technical, integration and data architectures
