Our client, a leading global organisation, is partnering with a prestigious end client based in Glasgow. We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented Change Analyst to join a dynamic and agile development team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Location: Edinburgh, UK (Hybrid – 1-2 days on site)

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Migration Project Managers to join a major transformation programme in the financial services sector. This role is central to overseeing and delivering complex migration projects, ensuring seamless execution across planning, stakeholder management, and implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of technical migration projects from initiation to go-live.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to estimate workloads and resource needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
  • Support operational readiness, implementation reviews, and lessons learned exercises.
  • Manage and motivate virtual, multi-location teams with clear communication and direction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and actively contribute to internal project management best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale data or asset migration projects.
  • Deep understanding of business change processes within life and pensions or financial services.
  • Technically adept and confident working closely with development and data teams.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other relevant project delivery tools.
  • Familiarity with data modelling concepts and migration methodologies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CASS-related controls and responsibilities (preferred).
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).
