  • Maintain RAID logs, project reporting, dependency tracking and decision logs.

  • Communicate technical delivery progress clearly to programme and business stakeholders.

  • Support business change, communications and user adoption activities.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects within large enterprise environments.

  • Strong background managing Microsoft 365 migrations or tenant-to-tenant integration programmes.

  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Exchange Online.

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Experience managing dependencies across Information Management, Data Governance, Cyber Security and Business Change.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, Microsoft 365 security and compliance.

  • Understanding of information governance, records management, metadata, retention and content lifecycle.

  • Strong project management, governance and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical delivery into business-focused updates.

  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and multiple delivery teams.

Desirable Experience

  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).

  • Microsoft 365 certifications.
