Workday Time Tracking Consultant (Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Rate: Up to £575/day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initial

Role Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant to support the end‑to‑end implementation of Workday Time Tracking. You will lead configuration activities, support testing and go‑live, and work closely with HR, Payroll, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Time Tracking
Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions
Configure time entry codes, calculations, templates, validation rules, and calendar periods
Support work schedules, rule-based calculations, and approval processes
Collaborate with Absence, Payroll, and Core HCM teams
Lead and support Unit, E2E, and UAT testing
Support integrations with payroll and time-clock systems (e.g. UKG/Kronos, ADP)
Support cutover, go‑live, and hypercare
Produce clear documentation and support audit/compliance requirements
Required Experience
3+ years\' Workday experience with a strong focus on Time Tracking
Hands-on delivery of at least one full Workday Time Tracking implementation
Strong knowledge of Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and HCM
Expertise in time calculations, compliance, workflows, and schedules
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Desirable
Workday Time Tracking Certification
Payroll or time‑clock integrations
Knowledge of labor laws
Agile or hybrid delivery experience
