About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join a fast-paced IT transformation project. You will lead a team of developers, designers, and QA specialists to implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to architecture and technical requirements
  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Convert customer requirements into functional specifications
  • Conduct sprint planning, user story development, and agile ceremonies
  • Provide technical guidance, best practices, and risk management

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation as Technical Architect
  • Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL v3 Foundation
  • Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, HRSD, Service Catalog, SLM, and Orchestration
  • Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge and team leadership experience

Nice to Have:

  • Strong communication skills to handle customer interactions and reporting
  • Experience in multi-site/remote teams
  • Experience with integrations and operational activities
