About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join a fast-paced IT transformation project. You will lead a team of developers, designers, and QA specialists to implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to architecture and technical requirements
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality solutions
- Convert customer requirements into functional specifications
- Conduct sprint planning, user story development, and agile ceremonies
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and risk management
Requirements:
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation as Technical Architect
- Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL v3 Foundation
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, HRSD, Service Catalog, SLM, and Orchestration
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge and team leadership experience
Nice to Have:
- Strong communication skills to handle customer interactions and reporting
- Experience in multi-site/remote teams
- Experience with integrations and operational activities
