Rate: £500/day (Inside IR35)

Location: London | Office-based – 5 days per week onsite

Contract: 12 months

You'll own and evolve cloud infrastructure across the EMEIA region for a globally recognised client, leading a greenfield Kubernetes migration while keeping existing systems running at pace.

What you'll need:

  • Design and build a new managed container environment (Kubernetes/EKS) to replace VM-based infrastructure
  • Configure Apple internal networking and connectivity including Shield, Snowflake, Appleconnect and Floodgate
  • Manage cloud infrastructure via internal tooling including certificates, firewalls, resource pools and access controls
  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers and analysts as the infrastructure backbone for a fast-moving team
  • Lead VM workload migration with full sequencing, risk management and service continuity throughout

Bonus skills:

  • Experience with AWS and Apple or similar hyperscaler enterprise environments
  • Comfort working in AI-assisted, rapid-development environments
