We're looking for a Business Change Manager (Readiness) to drive business readiness and adoption across transformation initiatives in a banking environment. You'll sit between delivery and the business, making sure impacted teams are genuinely ready, aligned and equipped before go live.
What you'll do:
- Lead business readiness activities across people, process and technology
- Own readiness plans, change impact assessments and implementation checklists
- Define and track readiness metrics and go live criteria
- Partner with Programme/Project Managers and Business Analysts to turn delivery outputs into business actions
- Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops and readiness reviews, and support training and communications
What you'll need:
- Business Change, Readiness or Implementation experience within banking or financial services
- Proven track record driving business readiness and adoption of change
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good understanding of lending operations, including Mortgage Sales and Originations
- Confidence working alongside PMs and BAs to align timelines and approach
Nice to have:
- Lending or mortgage transformation experience
- Structured change frameworks
- Customer journey or process improvement background
