We are urgently seeking an experienced IAM / IDAM Solutions Architect for a 6-month contract with potential extension, based in Wokingham or Warwick on a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic IDAM / IAM and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) solutions
- Drive end-to-end analysis and optimization of identity lifecycle workflows
- Identify and address process gaps through detailed analysis and targeted improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and compliance
- Translate business requirements into Agile epics, features, and user stories
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Produce clear process documentation and technical specifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 8+ yearsβ experience in IAM / IDAM
- Strong expertise in JML lifecycle management
- Solid understanding of RBAC, access governance, and security/compliance frameworks
- Ideally knowledge of tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, and Confluence
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-paced, Agile environments
