We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to support the design and assurance of enterprise integration solutions across SAP S/4HANA and multiple third-party applications. This role sits within a complex multi-vendor environment, working across functional and technical teams to define robust integration approaches and ensure consistent delivery standards.
You will be responsible for defining integration patterns, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring alignment between SAP and external systems. A key focus will be on interface architecture, particularly IDoc-based integrations, and SAP BTP/CPI middleware solutions. You will also contribute to test strategy definition, scenario design, and defect triage, working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
This role requires strong architectural experience, hands-on knowledge of SAP integration technologies, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving programme environment where clarity, structure, and delivery assurance are critical.
Key responsibilities:- Define and assure integration architecture across SAP and third-party systems
- Provide technical oversight of interface design, including IDoc-based integrations
- Support test planning, scenario definition, and test data requirements
- Participate in stakeholder workshops and technical working sessions
- Guide integration strategy across multiple functional domains
- Support translation of high-level requirements into executable technical designs
- Identify and mitigate integration risks across systems and vendors
- Ensure adherence to integration standards and best practices
- Provide architectural guidance to delivery and engineering teams
- Support defect triage and resolution during testing phases
- Strong background as an SAP Integration Architect
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP CPI
- Deep understanding of IDoc-based integration patterns
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with third-party applications
- Proven ability to design end-to-end integration architecture
- Experience working in multi-vendor or complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and patterns
- Experience supporting testing phases including SIT and UAT
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and functional teams
