Join a major transformation modernising critical Collections operations onto a next-generation Pega Collections platform. Leading discovery and business architecture, you will shape customer and agent journeys and translate Collections and regulatory requirements into Pega-aligned functional designs across a high-impact, highly regulated programme.
What you'll need:
- Proven Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) or senior Business Architect experience on large-scale Pega programmes
- Strong Collections and Debt Recovery domain expertise, ideally in financial services or regulated environments
- Hands-on with Pega Collections: treatments, strategies, delinquency flows, repayment arrangements, contact strategies and agent workflows
- Deep case lifecycle design (case types, stages, steps, personas, service levels, decision points) and strong requirements elaboration
- Excellent stakeholder facilitation and Agile delivery experience
Nice to have:
- Pega LBA certification
- Legacy-to-Pega Collections migration experience
