Intune Device Management SME – Β£430/day Inside IR35 – SC Cleared – 6 Months Contract

Are you an Intune SME with deep MacOS and Mobile Device Management expertise? Join a dynamic infrastructure team as an Intune Device Management SME on a 6-month contract, providing 3rd line support across enterprise Intune environments.

We’re looking for an SC Cleared engineer with strong technical skills in Intune, Azure AD, MacOS, and conditional access/app protection policies, who can own escalated issues and ensure best-in-class device compliance and security.

Key Technologies:

  • Intune (Windows, Android, iOS, iPadOS, MacOS)
  • Azure AD, Conditional Access
  • PowerShell scripting
  • MacOS (Ventura, Monterey, Big Sur)
  • Application packaging & deployment (macOS)
  • MDM, MAM, MCM policies
  • Office 365, SSO, MFA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 support for Mac and Mobile devices via Intune
  • Upload apps, enforce conditional access and app protection policies
  • Remediate vulnerabilities and SRA actions per security guidance
  • Troubleshoot and deploy application updates
  • Handle escalations, create RCA reports, and support change management
  • Create/maintain Intune provisioning profiles and compliance rules
  • Support Agile/DevOps-based operations using JIRA

Essentials:

  • Must hold current UK SC Clearance
  • 5+ years in enterprise device management (macOS & mobile)
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, PowerShell
  • Prior experience working in ITIL-aligned environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Flexibility to support on-call or shift work if required

Day Rate: Β£430/day (Inside IR35, PAYE)

Location: Hybrid (Gloucester preferred) / UK Remote considered

Duration: 6 months
