Our client, a top global organization, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager to support a major enterprise transformation programme for one of the UK’s largest airline organisations. As the Oracle Fusion Test Manager, you will own and drive the overall testing strategy across a complex ERP landscape, coordinating testing activities across business, functional, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall testing strategy for Oracle Fusion upgrades, integrations, and change requests
- Lead end-to-end testing activities including:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager within ERP or cloud-based transformation programmes
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or comparable ERP platforms
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies, governance, and QA best practices
- Experience managing full end-to-end testing lifecycles across large-scale implementations or upgrades
- Strong knowledge of testing and delivery tools such as:
- HP ALM
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
Desirable Experience
- Airline or aviation industry experience
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion transformation programmes
- Knowledge of automation testing tools and QA automation best practices
