Our client, a top global organization, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager to support a major enterprise transformation programme for one of the UK’s largest airline organisations. As the Oracle Fusion Test Manager, you will own and drive the overall testing strategy across a complex ERP landscape, coordinating testing activities across business, functional, and technical teams.
- Develop and execute the overall testing strategy for Oracle Fusion upgrades, integrations, and change requests
- Lead end-to-end testing activities including:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Proven experience as a Test Manager within ERP or cloud-based transformation programmes.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or comparable ERP platforms.
Deep understanding of testing methodologies, governance, and QA best practices.
Experience managing full end-to-end testing lifecycles across large-scale implementations or upgrades.
Strong knowledge of testing and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Exposure to Oracle Fusion transformation programmes.
Knowledge of automation testing tools and QA automation best practices.
