My client has a rare hybrid role blending UX craft with real development skills. You'll be designing intuitive experiences and building them yourself using Python, React, and modern web frameworks for an enterprise-scale project.

What you'll need:

  • Strong Python (mandatory) for web development, automation, and front-end/backend API integration
  • 5 to 10+ years in UI/UX design including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React/Angular/Vue.js for responsive web applications
  • User research, usability testing, journey mapping, and design systems with a focus on accessible, user-centric delivery
  • Experience with Python frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI), REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Bonus skills:

  • Utilities or regulated industry experience (Ofwat, AMP)
  • WCAG accessibility standards and cloud exposure (Azure/AWS)
