The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Specialist to join a large-scale transformation programme. You will lead configuration, solution design and issue resolution across Absence Management, Core HR and Security, while supporting ongoing optimisation and enhancement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver configuration and solutions across Oracle Cloud Absence, Core HR & Security
- Resolve queries and support functional troubleshooting
- Work with Oracle SRs and guide issues to resolution
- Configure Absence Fast Formula, Absence Plans, Absence Elements and Work Schedule Assignments
- Document application set-ups and maintain configuration records
- Prepare BRDs for reports, integrations, conversions and extensions
- Assist with testing, validation scripts and scenario creation
- Support execution of test cycles and validate data/configuration
- Communicate progress and deliverables effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting
- Provide support during Payroll cycles for absence-related issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies
Your Profile
- Strong implementation experience across Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management, Core HR & Security
- Deep configuration expertise: Fast Formula, Absence Types, Plans, Elements, Work Schedules
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Absence and its integration with Payroll
- Strong understanding of Core HR & Security, including Enterprise Structures, Positions, Workforce Structures
- Solid understanding of UK Absence Legislation (Sickness, Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, Shared Parental Leave)
- Experience in SQL, OTBI and Oracle Cloud
