The Role
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Analyst responsible for configuring and maintaining EPR (Electronic Patient Record) functionality by translating clinical and workstream requirements into safe, user-friendly system builds and enhancements.
Your Profile
- Ability to work collaboratively with communications and engagement teams to support wider organisational initiatives
- Resilient and adaptable in complex programme environments
- Experience supporting the development and application of communication and engagement standards
- Strong focus on improving quality, consistency, and effectiveness of communications
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and tools such as Microsoft Project/Visio (or similar)
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships
Additional Requirements
- Comfortable working with visual display equipment (VDU) for extended periods (3–4 hours)
- Ability to maintain concentration while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience presenting information clearly in both face-to-face and digital formats
- Ability to support and facilitate meetings and engagement sessions
- Office-based role with travel to ULTH, Northampton Hospital, and other group sites
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours to support a 24/7 organisation
