Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer to support a large-scale finance transformation programme involving the migration and redesign of enterprise planning models from legacy IBM Planning Analytics environments into Oracle EPM solutions. You will play a key role in redesigning, redeveloping, and transitioning planning and analytics models from IBM Planning Analytics (IBM PA) into Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Redesign and redevelop planning models from IBM PA into Oracle EPM modules
  • Lead the transition and deployment of enterprise planning models into Oracle EPM
  • Work collaboratively with customer teams, technical architects, and vendor stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions
  • Take ownership of successful delivery and deployment of redesigned models
  • Support migration of IBM PA DMR models into Oracle EPM architecture
  • Drive solution optimisation and improve planning/reporting capabilities
  • Ensure best practices across Oracle EPM design and implementation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise across core Oracle Enterprise Performance Management services
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle EPM modules, including:
  • Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS)
  • Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
  • Workforce Planning
  • Projects or Capital Planning
  • Custom Planning modules
  • Experience migrating/redesigning solutions from IBM Planning Analytics (IBM PA) into Oracle EPM
  • Strong financial planning, analytics, and modelling experience
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Comfortable working closely with Technical Architects and cross-functional teams
  • Nice to Have

    • Finance or design certifications such as CFA or FRM
    • Oracle or SAP Finance Cloud certifications
    • Experience working within enterprise-scale finance transformation programmes
    • Exposure to profitability modelling, allocation engines, or workforce planning solutions
