Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ & Billing Architect (Contract) Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Duration: 6 months Rate: £600–£615 per day INSIDE IR35 Overview A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ & Billing Architect to support a major transformation initiative. This role requires high-level architecture capability across Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes. Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end Lead-to-Cash solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing. Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, and performance. Recommend Salesforce best practices and design approaches. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align on requirements and design decisions. Lead workshops with IT and business teams and drive consensus. Identify system/process gaps and recommend enhancements in automation, configuration, and custom development. Essential Experience 12 years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience. 5 years in Salesforce Technical Architecture, with strong Revenue Cloud / CPQ & Billing experience. In-depth knowledge of product & pricing models, approvals, data migration, quote-to-cash, order & billing flows. Hands-on expertise with LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL/SOQL, Data Loader, Reports, Dashboards, Workflow tools, and metadata migration. Strong background designing custom functionality within the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments. Nice to Have End-to-end L2C transformation experience. Additional expertise across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud tools.
