Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Architect (HCM) to support a major UK airline customer, delivering and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across a complex, enterprise-scale environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits) combined with strong architectural leadership across end-to-end implementations, integrations, and large-scale transformation programmes.
Key Requirements (Experience)
- 15+ years overall IT experience
- 8β10+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits)
- Minimum 3+ Oracle Fusion end-to-end implementations in a technical lead / architect role
- Proven experience in large, complex enterprise environments (aviation, transport, or distributed workforce preferred)
Candidate Profile
- 10β12+ years Oracle Fusion experience (with strong HCM focus preferred)
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion architecture and enterprise HR transformation programmes
- Experience in blueprinting and end-to-end solution design
- Knowledge of data structures including COA concepts (where applicable), HR data modelling, and integration mapping
- Strong understanding of HR processes including payroll, absence, and benefits configuration
- Basic SQL knowledge for validation and troubleshooting

- Fast Formula development for Payroll and Absence Management
