Major UK energy transformation

One of our major UK energy clients is transforming how it bills and serves millions of customers, and needs a Business Architect at the heart of it. This is for someone who turns complex business strategy into processes that actually ship.

What you'll do:

  • Define end to end business processes and customer journeys (As Is and To Be)
  • Run workshops and align senior stakeholders around requirements
  • Work with solution architects to turn business needs into design, then validate it back against reality
  • Own business validation through SIT and UAT

What you'll need:

  • Proven business architecture, process modelling, and requirement traceability
  • Hands on CRM experience
  • A track record in large scale transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and IT

Nice to have:

  • Energy or utilities domain (billing, customer ops, CIS)
  • CIS modernisation
  • Multi region experience (UK, NI, ROI)
