6 Month Contract in London (hybrid, 2 days onsite) with a rate of circa £490/day (Inside IR35).
One of our major UK energy clients is transforming how it bills and serves millions of customers, and needs a Business Architect at the heart of it. This is for someone who turns complex business strategy into processes that actually ship.
What you'll do:
- Define end to end business processes and customer journeys (As Is and To Be)
- Run workshops and align senior stakeholders around requirements
- Work with solution architects to turn business needs into design, then validate it back against reality
- Own business validation through SIT and UAT
What you'll need:
- Proven business architecture, process modelling, and requirement traceability
- Hands on CRM experience
- A track record in large scale transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
Nice to have:
- Energy or utilities domain (billing, customer ops, CIS)
- CIS modernisation
- Multi region experience (UK, NI, ROI)
