We’re looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platforms to support a large-scale digital transformation programme in the aviation sector.
Duration: 6 months (with high extension potential)
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Azure-based infrastructure supporting a new D365 + CCaaS platform.
- Define technical requirements for Azure compute, network, and integration layers.
- Liaise with multiple vendors and internal teams across Azure, AWS, and DevOps environments.
- Design and deploy environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps pipelines.
- Support secure integrations between Azure and AWS, focusing on authentication and data flows.
- Oversee environment setup across Dev/Test/Prod, including observability tooling and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in Azure Infrastructure (PaaS, IaaS, Networking, Identity).
- Experience with D365 and CCaaS implementations.
- Familiarity with SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and cloud authentication standards.
- Experience designing integrations between Azure and AWS environments.
- Strong DevOps toolset knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, IaC).
