Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across major enterprise transformation programmes. You’ll define scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, guide technical teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define Salesforce architecture across complex, multi-platform programmes.
- Provide hands-on direction across Apex, LWC, Flows, automation, data architecture, and security.
- Enforce architectural standards and review designs for performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Lead integrations with ERP, Billing, Middleware (MuleSoft preferred) and data platforms (REST/SOAP, event-driven, async).
- Drive security models, authentication, governance, and enterprise data alignment.
- Run architecture reviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
- Support delivery, DevOps, release strategy, risk mitigation, and technical quality.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 8+ years in enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture.
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, security models, data architecture.
- Strong integration architecture experience (APIs, middleware, async patterns).
- Proven track record delivering large Salesforce programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership.
Desirable
- Experience in architect-level Salesforce solution design.
- Strong Salesforce data modelling capabilities.
- Experience Cloud delivery experience.
- Advanced LWC/Apex design-pattern knowledge.
