Technical Business Analyst – Contract – Hybrid (London)\\nLocation: London (3 days onsite, near Heathrow)\\nContract Length: 6 months\\nDay Rate: Market rate (Inside IR35)\\nWorking Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)\\n\\nWe are partnered with a major organisation undergoing a large-scale Consent Management Platform (CMP) rollout across their digital estate. They are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, data flow mapping, integration activities, and documentation across multiple teams and platforms.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for the CMP rollout.\\n\\n * Create data flow diagrams and consent journey mapping.\\n\\n * Support configuration and integration activities (ideally OneTrust).\\n\\n * Maintain clear documentation of implementation decisions and rationale.\\n\\n * Assist in producing training materials for internal stakeholders.\\n\\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, Legal, Data Privacy, and external vendors.\\n\\n * Support UAT, track defects, and facilitate issue resolution.\\n\\n * Ensure CMP implementation meets accessibility and inclusive design standards.\\n\\nEssential Skills & Experience\\n\\n * Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation within digital, privacy, or compliance environments.\\n\\n * Hands-on experience with Consent Management Platforms (preferably OneTrust).\\n\\n * Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.\\n\\n * Experience mapping data flows, particularly involving personal data and consent.\\n\\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\\n\\n * Experience supporting testing and validation of integrations/configurations.\\n\\n * Familiarity with digital ecosystems (websites, mobile apps, tag management).\\n\\nDesirable\\n\\n * Knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy, and privacy-by-design principles.\\n\\n * Experience working in Agile environments.\\n\\n * Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
