Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead\\nLocation: Windsor, UK (Hybrid β onsite once per week)\\nContract Length: 6 Months (View to extend)\\nStart Date: 5 January 2026\\nRate: Β£450/day (Inside IR35)\\nOverview:\\nWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join a high-performing agile team supporting a major digital transformation programme. The ideal candidate will be both technically strong and able to guide and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality code delivery.\\nResponsibilities:\\n * Contribute to sprint planning, refinement, and scoping.\\n * Support solution architects by breaking down complex technical requirements.\\n * Ensure timely delivery of assigned tickets while meeting acceptance criteria.\\n * Conduct technical spikes and research into emerging technologies.\\n * Perform code reviews and uphold development standards.\\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API integrations.\\n * Work closely with QA to troubleshoot and resolve issues.\\n * Mentor junior developers and support their growth.\\nRequired Skills & Experience:\\n * 10+ years of overall IT experience.\\n * 5+ years leading Salesforce projects.\\n * 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development (declarative + programmatic).\\n * Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\\n * Experience Cloud knowledge.\\n * Advantageous: Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) β Omniscripts, EPC, Integration Procedures.\\n * Familiarity with Git or equivalent version control tools.\\n * Strong background in Agile/SCRUM delivery.\\n * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\\n * Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.\\nWhat Weβre Looking For:\\nA proactive, detail-oriented Salesforce Tech Lead who is comfortable in a client-facing role, able to coordinate across multiple vendors, and passionate about building scalable, high-quality solutions
