Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Implementation Specialist (Contract)
Location: Coventry (Hybrid – office twice a month, remote otherwise)
Duration: 6 Months

Queen Square Recruitment is currently supporting a large transformation consultancy with their search for an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Implementation Specialist to join their end-client based in Coventry. The contractor will be responsible for delivering Payroll, HR functional support, configuring and providing transformation solutions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion payroll and HR query resolution
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements
- Work closely with Oracle SRs and guide issues through to resolution
- Create fast formulas, payroll elements, calculation cards, and payroll process flows
- Develop business requirement documents for interfaces, reports, and extensions
- Validate data and configurations, and support system testing
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to drive implementation success
- Provide updates and issue reports to project managers and stakeholders
- Support critical payroll periods and ensure smooth business operations
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Global Payroll, UK Payroll)
- Strong skills in fast formula creation, payroll setup, and configuration
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll and integration with modules like HR Core, Benefits, and Absence Management
Desirable Experience:
- Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance (e.g. RTI, BACS, pensions)
- Experience with HMRC submissions and manual payroll calculations
