Location: Luton - Hybrid β 1 to 2 days per week onsite

Contract Rate: Β£585 per day inside IR35

Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Engineering / Technical Architect to take ownership of ERP and integration outcomes across a complex, multi-functional environment. This role will act as a single point of accountability, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient integration solutions aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and guide integration architecture across ERP systems, devices, and payment platforms
- Manage technical debt, resilience, and scalability in partnership with architecture teams
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are embedded throughout delivery
- Define and oversee integration strategies with third-party suppliers and internal systems
- Act as a key interface between Commercial, Cabin Services, and Technology
- Enable agile, empowered decision-making within clear product guardrails
Skills & Experience
- Strong integration engineering expertise with stakeholder management capability
- Supply chain engineering and/or ERP system knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and relational databases
- Background working with third-party vendors and integrated platforms
- Experience within airline, travel, retail, or payments environments
- Knowledge of POS, mobile device management, and payment technologies
- Experience scaling products across multiple markets or operational settings
- Understanding of low-cost airline business models and ancillary revenue
- Previous hands-on technical experience (e.g. Developer, Technical BA, Systems Analyst)
