Requirements

  • Strong SAP S/4HANA HCM experience covering Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, and Compensation Management
  • Proven UK and Irish Payroll experience
  • ESS/MSS experience using WDA and Fiori
  • 10+ years of SAP HCM/Payroll consulting experience
  • Hands-on SAP ERP, S/4HANA and/or SAP Cloud configuration experience
  • Strong business requirements gathering and solution design skills
  • Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience delivering across the full SAP project lifecycle
  • Desirable: Success Factors, SAP Concur, HP Quality Centre, and leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support across SAP HR and Payroll modules
  • Support SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, UK Payroll, and Irish Payroll solutions
  • Investigate and resolve business support issues
  • Deliver configuration, enhancements, and change requests
  • Gather requirements and produce functional specifications
  • Support testing, implementation, and deployment activities
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across the SAP landscape
  • Work closely with SMEs, Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects
