A leading global technology and consulting organisation is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement transformation programme within the Energy & Utilities sector. This is a senior, business-facing role responsible for leading delivery across Sales and Marketing capabilities within Dynamics 365 CE, ensuring successful implementation from mobilisation through to hypercare. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery partners to ensure high-quality, value-driven outcomes aligned to strategic transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Marketing) programmes from initiation through to hypercare
  • Define and manage delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and governance frameworks
  • Oversee solution design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption activities
  • Lead Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe methodologies, including backlog prioritisation and ceremonies
  • Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure effective mitigation strategies
  • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
  • Facilitate workshops to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Ensure best practices across Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engagement processes
  • Oversee integration, data, and analytics considerations including Power Platform and Azure services
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and high-performance delivery culture

Required Experience

  • 10+ years' experience delivering CRM solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing implementations
  • Strong background in Energy & Utilities sector (UK experience preferred)
  • Hands-on Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Strong stakeholder management experience at senior level
  • Experience in delivery governance, planning, and programme execution
  • Knowledge of lead-to-cash, customer journey orchestration, and customer lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure integration services

Desirable

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications
  • Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced transformation environments
