About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the build of a new retail technology function focused on CCTV operations. This is a near greenfield environment, where you’ll map current processes, define requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document CCTV processes, hardware, data flows, and store setups.
- Conduct workshops and interviews across internal teams and external partners.
- Translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
- Support product and engineering teams with roadmap definition.
- Produce process maps, structured documentation, and knowledge bases.
- Assist with testing and validation of CCTV feeds and workflows.
- Engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create clarity from limited information.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers.
- Knowledge of technology systems (hardware, networks, monitoring).
- Skilled in process mapping and structured documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Travel: Occasional travel to SOC in Northampton and other sites as required.
