The Opportunity
We’re supporting a well-established UK organisation on a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation programme. They are seeking two experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultants to support ongoing implementation and optimisation work. This is a key role within a fast-paced, Agile delivery environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to shape and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
The Role
- Liaise with business stakeholders to refine D365 F&O solutions aligned to business goals
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories
- Lead workshops to gather and document requirements
- Support end-to-end implementation across Finance and SCM modules
- Oversee functional testing, integration testing and process validation
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Key Requirements
- 5–6 years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Full lifecycle ERP implementation experience
- Strong functional knowledge across Finance and SCM modules
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Agile delivery experience (Epics, Features, User Stories)
- Experience supporting integration testing (Postman exposure advantageous)
- Direct Debit experience desirable
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to operate as an individual contributor
Energy sector exposure would be beneficial but is not essential.
