About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic CRO Analyst to join a leading telecom-focused team. You will play a key role in improving digital experiences, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing user journeys across web platforms. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge analytics tools and the opportunity to influence business decisions through actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze website performance and user behavior data to identify trends, pain points, and conversion bottlenecks.
- Map and optimize user journeys, improving landing pages, funnels, and key touchpoints.
- Collaborate with site optimization teams to develop and execute CRO strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders via detailed reports and presentations.
- Utilize CRO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BigQuery, etc.) to track performance and manage testing initiatives.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and implement industry best practices for CRO.
- Identify and target key audience segments with personalized experiences to drive higher engagement and conversions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong SQL skills
