About the Role: We are supporting a large UK financial services client in launching a greenfield Agile programme. They are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach cum Scrum Master to help teams adopt Agile ways of working from the ground up. This is a hands-on, flexible role: you will provide Scrum Master support to delivery teams while coaching, shaping Agile behaviours, and guiding early-stage transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum framework, and self-organization.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Identify and remove impediments; escalate systemic blockers.
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics and data-driven insights.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Proven experience as both Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
- Experience in greenfield Agile implementations.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
- Relevant certifications: PSM I/II, Agile Coaching, or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Desirable:
- Change management, delivery & product expertise, and advanced Agile frameworks knowledge.
