BI Reporting SME – Contract – INSIDE IR35 – Hybrid – Norwich We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Reporting SME with strong expertise in SAP Business Objects (BO) and Qlik for a hybrid contract role based in Norwich. This is a client-facing position, and the ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with excellent stakeholder communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. * Design, develop, and implement reports and dashboards using SAP Business Objects and Qlik. * Ensure seamless system integration and configuration across platforms. * Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet business needs. * Maintain and support the SAP BO platform, resolving technical issues as they arise. * Provide technical support and training to end users and business stakeholders. * Document system architecture, configurations, and changes. * Support upgrades and implementations of new SAP BO versions. Essential Skills and Experience: * Proven experience in SAP Business Objects development, including report and dashboard creation. * Proficiency with Qlik, SQL databases, and data warehousing concepts. * Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, and other reporting tools. * Basic understanding of Linux, WebLogic, and BO clustering/disaster recovery strategies. * Awareness of cloud computing, data governance, and healthcare analytics is a plus. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
