We're looking for an experienced 180 / 240 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing tech recruitment team in Bristol. Working with a diverse client base — from high-growth startups to established global brands — you'll play a key role in delivering top talent and building long-term partnerships.
The Opportunity
This is a delivery-focused role where you'll take ownership of candidate management and client delivery, with the opportunity to grow your own desk over time.
What you'll be doing:
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality tech candidates using advanced tools and networks
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through to placement
- Partnering closely with clients to deliver on hiring needs
- Building and developing a contractor base
